How to Customize
Your Personal Tiered Tray

Select your type of Custom Option

Our Inventory

1) Shop All Products - Browse our full inventory of plates
2) Select your items - Choose the plates you want for your tiered tray. Add them to your bag based on whether you’re creating a 2‑tier or 3‑tier tray
3) Select your Hardware/Handle - Pick the hardware style and finish you want for your tray, then add it to your bag
4) Checkout - Once you’ve added everything, complete checkout and wait for your tiered tray items to arrive

After purchasing, your order will be processed

  • For Local customers, our team will contact you directly via email additional instructions based on your checkout options

  • For Non-Local Customers, Once your shipping label is created, your tracking number will be emailed to you automatically.

    • Assembly Information - We do not ship trays assembled. Your order will include easy, step‑by‑step instructions on how to assemble your tiered tray at home

    • If Anything Arrives Damaged - We pack every order with care, but things can happen. If your tray arrives damaged, email us at support@tieredtraymagic.com with your order number. We’ll make it right

Tip to Save on Shipping - If you’re ordering more than one tray, add all plates and hardware to your bag in one order.

3) Choose How We Receive Your Plates - Select the option that works best for you
4) Choose How You Receive Your Completed Tray - Select your preferred delivery method for the finished tray.
5) Provide Your Zip Code - Enter your ZIP code so we can confirm delivery options (if selected)
5) Add to your bag
6) Select your Hardware/Handle - Choose the hardware style for your tray and add it to your bag
7) Checkout

After You Purchase - A team member will contact you using the email provided in your order with additional instructions and next steps.
